Plasma and flame cutting tables from KEMPER offer an optimal extraction, highest possible security and ease of maintenance.
The innovative construction of the tables feature surface extraction which is more consistent and efficient compared to conventional tables.
The risk of sparks reaching the extraction and filter unit is reduced to a minimum due to the unique construction designed by KEMPER. Entering sparks to the filter unit are the most common reason for dangerous filter fires.

A durable steel housing with anti corrosive powder coat finish, and industrial heavy duty stands make this unit suitable for even the toughest welding jobs.
The unit features a 2-stage filtering and is particularly suitable for fumes and dusts produced during the welding and cutting process:
- Sparks are captured by an aluminum pre-filter mesh to prevent the unit from catching fire.
- Contaminated air continues to the main filter, where harmful substances get removed with a filter efficiency of 99,9%.
- Optional: final cleaning stage consists of an activated charcoal foam, where odors and harmful gases are absorbed.
The unit comes equipped with filter inserts, filter monitor, motor protection with switch and starter, and a 16 ft main cable ready to plug in.

At welding workstations very often grinding has to be done as well. Wether before or after the welding work - using KEMPER grinding tables it is always clean and safe.
The tables, which are available in different sizes, can be connected to a Central Extraction Unit.
Made of welded sheet steel, they are very sturdy and and suitable for industrial applications.
The side walls are swivable for larger workpieces.
A dust collecting drawer guarantees easy cleaning of the table.

Training tables are the optimal workplace for the welding education in schools, the industry, or similar organisations. Due to its stable steel construction, the table is best suitable for the daily use.
The surface of the table is divided into two fields. A sheet steel support with fireclay bricks for flat welding, and a bar iron rust for the penetration weld.
The optional workpiece clamp completes the training table, which is available in three different sizes.
