Our high-performance extraction system with automatic de-dusting function provides a central suction and filtration system to clean indoor air.
The new KemJET-Indoor Air Extraction reduces pollutant concentration in working environments where conventional point suction units are not sufficient or are difficult to use, for example at:
- large workplaces
- change of welding positions
- spacious workplaces
- large amounts of released smoke
Polluted hot air, which accumulates during welding in the ceiling area is extracted through an exhaust duct and filtered. High-performance nozzles then distribute the purified air throughout the room. Clouds of smoke dissolve quickly into clean air.
KEMPER KemJET Building Ventilation Systems are available in three different sizes and can be combined with each other as needed. This way we can find the ideal solution at each site depending on use and circumstances. What is more, each one has two filter types to choose from:
ePTFE filters are capable of gathering dangerous microscopic particles nearly entirely. That also applies to ultrafine particles which make up the largest part of welding fumes.
PE-M filters comply with filter class M and fulfill minimum filter requirements. The ductwork can optionally be mounted on the wall or be supported down to the floor. Just choose the appropriate mounting kit.
