    Our newly designed Kemper Exhaust Hood was developed in cooperation with welders all over the world and designed with welders in application tests.

    The optimal design and easy handling qualities of the hood makes it very well accepted.
    The acceptance of a welding smoke exhaust system depends a lot on the handling comfort of the exhaust hood.

    The new Kemper exhaust hood has been designed to create a longish extraction area and is therefore espacially suitable for the extraction at welding joints.

     

    The exhaust hood is rotable 360º. Even if the welder is positioned laterally or behind the exhaust arm, the exhaust hood can be brought in the optimal position: Lenghtwise to the welding joint!

    Optional equipped with light kit.





    The KEMPER Exhaust Hood is rotable 360º and can consequently be aligned with the welding seam into every position.

    Wether the welder is standing next or behind the exhaust unit, an optimum in handling comfort is guaranteed.

    Conventional Exhaust Hood

    Conventional exhaust hoods have a round suction area and capture only about 70 % of the welding smoke.

    Due to the missing coping a
    huge amount of leak air will
    be inhaled.

    KEMPER Exhaust Hood:

    The oval suction area can be positioned parallel to the welding joint allowing optimal extraction.

    Due to its rotability, the shape of the hood opening can be adapted to the welding seam at any time.

    Therefore the efficiency of the KEMPER Exhaust Hood is about 40 % higher than with a conventional exhaust hood.
