The filtration of the contaminated air is a 2-step process:

The incoming air is first fed into a pre-filter, where the larger particles are captured. Following that, the main filter cleans the welding smoke down to a particle size of .3 micron.

This guarantees you an effictive cleaning of 99.9%of your captured welding smoke.

The Exhaust:

A 6" diameter duct is used to capture your contaminated air. Customized welding hoods guarantee a snug fit over your robot-cell to capture all harmful contaminats.

The Stability:

4 sturdy feet are made out of heavy metal with rubber underlining to give this unit a solid grip. Adjustable to accommodate uneven floors.
